Matt Kanawyer was my sales person and he was friendly, not pushy, attentive, available by phone at all hours and made my transaction hassle-free. My finance person was the Director filling in for they day and he was also great. Both Matt and the finance person made my experience perfect even after closing hours on a Friday.
