Just purchased a new Impreza from Stevens Creek Subara, and it was one of the smoothest, most professional car-buying experiences I've had. Shane Amirkiai, who helped me out with the sale, was professional and responsive, despite a very clearly bustling Saturday. He even took the time to personally help me attach a new bike rack to the vehicle, which I certainly would not have expected.Wais in the finance department was also polite, professional and efficient in processing my loan. He was very sensitive to the value of my time as well, using "dead" time (while paperwork was printing, while the car was being detailed) to take care of various other details, like having parts bring out the bike rack Shane helped me install.I'm totally stoked on my new Subaru, and have nothing but good things to say about the buying experience.
