This was my first shopping and buying experience with Subaru Stevens Creek. I was very impressed and satisfied with the work of this dealership. First of all, I liked the responses of the internet sales manager Andreas, who provided the quote with good price and was quickly and informatively answering all my questions regarding the options and the trim via emails. Later when we got to the dealership, we were met by one of the client advisors Homayoun "Ben", who was helpful during all the process. He was very knowledgeable, answering every question we asked and providing information that we requested. I received positive decision about the financing in half an hour and quickly finished the paperwork. By the end, I went out with the keys of my new Subaru Impreza 2017 Premium hatchback and I like it very much. The whole process took around 2-3 hours.
