While I had an initial issue with scheduling for an air-bag recall (did not understand that it would take 3-5 days!) the service team accommodated by inviting me to bring in my car 1 week early, without an appointment. Without this I would have had to cancel my appointment or a road-trip. I greatly appreciated the flexibility. The repairs were done in a timely fashion, my car was well taken care of, and I was provided a rental car. Overall, excellent
