We came in very skeptical due to our past experience at other dealerships and was very hesitant to go through the car buying process again. We had a great buying experience with Shane Amirkiai, who helped us navigate through all the new technology since my last purchase. He helped us sort through "wants vs needs" and was very patient with our entire process. Everything worked out great, Shane had all the signing documents ready to go - so everything was organized and as pain-free as it can be. Most importantly, we got exactly what we wanted and we love our Outback. =)
