I'll preface this review by saying that my rating is tentative. I have only had one experience with Stevens Creek Subaru but it was a very pleasant one. Yesterday (Sunday 3/24), the BF and I came in looking to buy a new car. We arrived around 12:30 and were instantly greeted and helped out. Brad, the salesman who helped us, was genuine, knowledgeable and honest. He definitely had some salesman tricks, but on the whole was quite pleasant to deal with. We told him our budget, what our maximum monthly payment should be, and both of our incomes/credit scores. He promised that he would be able to get us what we needed and we would be able to drive away with the car that day. Brad did not disappoint. After some negotiating, we settled on a price that we were both comfortable with, and a monthly payment we could handle. He didn't try to push us or pressure us which I really appreciated. After agreeing to the new price, we were sent to Abbi (sp@f0) in finance who patiently explained all of the paperwork and answered all of my (stupid) questions. All the papers were signed and we got the keys to our new 2013 Subaru Impreza Sport! (which, btw, is an amazing car, just in case you need one more person to tell you that). So to sum up, we had a great first experience buying from Stevens Creek Subaru but I will update with our experience with the service department when the time comes to service the car.
