We purchased a Subaru this past week with James. We had tried to work with another dealership, who were extremely pushy and were not respectful of mask-wearing and personal space. This was a deal breaker for us given COVID. I reached out to Steven's Creek and James got back to me immediately. We communicated over email and text to begin with. He was upfront on available inventory and we were able to lock in a price before even arriving at the dealership. He was extremely flexible and very respectful of our time.
