My husband and I walked in today, hoping to get a deal for outback and Hamid greeted and took care of us immediately. He took his time walking around the lot try to find us the color and model and make sure we have a good test-driving experience. He is very knowledgable and know in his head what he has in stock! He is thorough and efficient on the buying process, and even we made him stay until 9pm, he make sure we understand how to operate the car. I'm extremely satisfied with the buying experience with Hamid, I felt welcome as a customer instead of being "look down" by some other stuck-up dealers we visited the same day.
