Smooth sailing with Johnny. I would say the second smoothest car buying experience I've had. I believe the key is to just do your research on the price and they'll either say "yes" or "no." Johnny will help you try and get the price you want, just as long as you can somewhat justify it. I think if I had done a little hard negotiating I could have gotten a little better price, but I felt pretty good in the end where we settled.
