I am so happy right now because Stevens Creek Subaru just helped me get the car of my dreams!! Make sure to ask for help from Sashir, RJ and Wais!! SUPERIOR service!! It all started when an elderly man fell asleep at the wheel and crashed into my parked car while I was on vacation. I had only had my 2014 HYUNDAI Elantra for 1.5 years and I was devastated to have it totaled in such a manner. I'm thankful no one was hurt and that I wasn't in the car. I wanted a Subaru because of those commercials about people living because they drove a Subaru and I was totally down to live!! I came into to check out their cars and see if Subaru would be right for me since I knew very little about the brand. I was test driving almost instantly and just from the test drive I knew I wanted a Subaru. I was advised by the dealer to come back after checking out the various models and the prices from other places. I wasn't ready to get the car yet because of all the insurance drama, but I went home and did just that. After a couple more visits and struggles with the insurance company I was ready to get a car!! Sashir was there answer all of my questions about the brand and he even took the time to show the cheaper models for comparison. Then we started working with RJ and he really helped me get exactly what I wanted without having to jump through any hoops. He even advised to come the next day so he could call banks and get me a better deal. I came in the next day and I was able to get a Grey Subaru Impreza with leather interior. I didn't have hassle about the price and he was able to get it even better than I even hoped and he lowered the down payment for me. At the point I just showed up and walked out with the car of my dreams!! They were always upfront and honest about all of my inquiries. This is the best place to get the Subaru you want without the typical car salesman hassle. Thanks Sash, RJ, and Wais!! I couldn't imagine a better ending to this story!! My advice is to do your research and know what you're looking for before you go in. They have a great selection and you can't go wrong with a Subaru!
