We came into the dealership after establishing a car and price with Shane Amirkiai via their internet department. Shane was the friendliest face in the place. He was very direct with the pricing and options. He never tried to sell us something we didn't want. And, he was incredibly patient with all of our questions. Wais in financing was also amazingly patient and happily answered all of our questions. It was a long (and hot) day, but in the end, we drove off with our first new car. We are saving our 5 star rating for the day when a car dealership to comes into the 21st century and gets rid of the lurking salesmen, introduces straight forward pricing (R.I.P. Saturn) and has clear-cut options. Having said that, our experience at Stevens Creek Subaru felt the most clear-cut out of all of the dealerships we have been to.
