I only write a yelp review when I'm either super happy with a place/service or super disappointed. In this case, I'm super happy with my 2019 Subaru CrossTrek purchase experience with the internet manager Payman Shahni and financial manager William Liu. This was the first Subaru dealership we looked into on a late Sunday evening and we made the stress free deal instantly because of PAYMAN! He is genuine, friendly, caring and patient unlike those typical pushy and sleek salesmen. He is quick at responding to your questions and needs. He treated us like a family and gave the honest advice and earned our trust. When we picked up the car, he sat in the car with us and thoroughly explained all the functions and features and made sure we were comfortable driving the new car!!! William made all the tedious paperwork singing like a breeze while explaining the details. What impressed me more is they work as a supportive team and compliment each other! I'm very blessed and grateful to have such a pleasant and smooth one stop car purchase experience! If you are looking for a Subaru for your holiday gift, come here and ask for Payman!
