He fully explained all of our options and additional coverage possibilities, and details about the financing clearly and concisely. He was professional and exuded warmth in his demeanor. Both Andreas and Cemal treated us with respect and made our buying experience awesome! They also matched the offer we got from CarMax for our trade-in which made a huge difference for us, saving us time and energy.
