Our 2010 Volkswagen TDI was part of the massive recall so we unexpectedly found ourselves in the market for a new car. After a lot of research, we opted to go with a new Subaru. He's honest, knowledgeable and friendly with a great sense of humor. Our 2017 Impreza was in the first batch of cars shipped from the new factory in Indiana. Michael quickly determined that the exact car we wanted was on its way. It arrived as scheduled, just in time for our Christmas vacation. The finance manager Ali was professional and kind. We appreciate the service from him and Michael both that helped to make our car buying experience as stress-free as possible. We love our new car!
