5 stars for Hamid - he looked out for our best interest - was very friendly - not pushy - he is always available for any questions to this day 4 stars for the car [Outback 3.6R] - overall a good car and we are happy with it - we don't like the nav - we like the eye sight. It wasn't a feature we wanted, but it was on the car. It has probably saved us a few times.
