I came to Subaru knowing exactly what I wanted. I went to other dealerships that did not take me seriously (Cypress Subaru in Seaside and Capitol Subaru). A couple of minutes after walking into Stevens Creek I found the Crosstrek I was searching for and was greeted by a wonderful salesperson ... Manny!We went for a test drive, negotiated, and was even offered a nice cold bottled water as soon as we went inside. As the financing was being looked over Manny even brought us Arby's!The negotiating process was made easy with the help of Manny who answered our questions and took charge of our request (we were very specific). Once his manager Andreas came over to meet us we made our decision. We knew what we wanted, knew what price we wanted to pay and they made it happen for us.That said, this was my first car purchase and I am happy that Manny, Andreas and even the Finance manager was there to make it easy, painless and straight forward ... even though it was AFTER closing.I am happy and will refer friends in the future to Stevens Creek Subaru.
