I recently purchased a 2017 Suburu from Stevens Creek Suburu. My point of contact at the dealer was Shane Amirkiai - the Internet Sales Manager. Shane was very responsive to all of my queries regarding the make and model of the car I wanted. It turned out that the car was not in stock and had to be shipped from the Indiana assembly plant. Shane kept me informed of the vehicle's status and expected delivery date. He contacted me as soon as the vehicle arrived at the dealer. I made an appointment to pick up the car and Shane met me in the showroom. It was quite hectic on that day and Shane was working with multiple customers, but he managed to take care of everyone expeditiously. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and then the car was brought to the front. After a short drive to get a feel for the car I sat with Shane inside the car and he showed me all of the features of the vehicle and set up some of the dash console settings. Since this was my first new car purchase in 21 years, and the technology had changed dramatically, I was very appreciative of Shane's customer service. Here's to good luck with my new car! :)
