He made sure I knew exactly where, when, what and how things were going with the car--and this happened everyday leading up to the moment he put the keys into my hand. Everyone I dealt with made sure there were no complications, and if there were, they were ready with contingency plans. Peace of mind in itself, is something difficult to label with a price since it is often priced subjectively high. In this case, it made a world of a difference in the entire transaction. With the same understanding, Erik, the finance director, made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I did my own math on an option the dealer was offering, and Erik was able to beat the offer along with additional incentives. Their primary focus is the entire car buying experience. Everyone I worked with went above and beyond the call of duty, including additional follow-ups and contacting me on their days off. If you can remember everyone who assisted you on a first name basis, it should be exemplary of the superior service you've had, which I often find reserved for high-end, luxury brand dealers.
