We had a really great experience today. Went in earlier this week to check out an STI after test driving other vehicles. We were assisted by Kyle and we scheduled a time to come in on Saturday to test drive. Kyle did advise that they were a bit short handed but the team worked like a well oiled machine to assist us through the busy day. He quickly ran the credit app and got us the okay to test drive the 2019 STI I was interested in.I had gone online and received some online price quotes from different dealerships including Stevens Creek. Kyle immediately let us know that the price quote I received was from another sales rep, Shane. Without hesitation he swiftly transitioned us over to Masud who assisted me with getting my trade in appraised. They gave me a very fair appraisal that I was satisfied with and had shared the numbers with us while we waited for Shane to finish his other sale. The teamwork these guys had made this process seamless. We finally got to meet Search n and he assisted us with another test drive and officially talking numbers.We finally decided we wanted to move forward with the trade in and he assisted us with the next steps. We were then introduced to their finance manager, William, who is also very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He made the signing process painless which topped my good feeling of satisfaction with their overall service.I ended up trading my car and driving home with a brand new 2019 STI that me and my family absolutely love! I definitely felt in good hands with this entire staff. They are honest and willing to work with you.I would like to thank Shane and the rest of the staff for such a painless and overall satisfying experience!
